Zachary from the port macquarie store led me to the most suitable fridge i needed without the pushy sales stuff .he knew what he was talking about. Price was good ,deal was done. The delivery guys were similarly decent . This store is a pleasure to go to .

Visited here quite a few times over the years. Visited most recently to buy a new stick vacuum. We had a few options in mind and the salesman was very knowledgeable and discussed all of them and helped us choose the one which best fit our needs. Very satisfied with our purchase.

Purchased & paid for a washing machine which I was assured was in stock in Sydney on 29/12/2023 & delivery was assured for 03/01/2024 in store Port Macquarie. I arrived to collect and was advised none were available either in Sydney or Port Macquarie

ASKO 8KG Front Load washing machine. What a nightmare Asko has been to deal with and an absolute lemon of a washing machine. The timeline for us has been: 28th March, unit ordered 5th Apr, machine installed 15th June, service claim as heater and barrel extremely hot and smoking. 28th June, Appliance contractor 14th July, new parts installed 4 weeks no washing machine 22nd August, service claim, melted clothes in barrel. Same issue with heat and smoking 29th August, Appliance contractor 20th September and still no washing machine. I wouldn't touch Asko again and strongly advise to you consider to do the same.

If I could give more stars I would! What an awesome, knowledgeable, and friendly group of staff. We bought a Washing machine, Clothes dryer and a new LCD TV. The salesmen went above and beyond to answer my many questions, and talked in plain English without showing off with OTT Tech talk like their direct competitor 🙄. Super quick delivery was much appreciated too. Cannot recommend this store highly enough 💯

Great service and selection. Staff are excellent. Prices are competitive and they are willing to look at a competitors lower price. I'd always my go to place for electrical goods. Delivery is spectacular, it's worth buying something to see how good it is.

Bing Lee got me the TV I wanted which was not available at other competing electronic stores. Their customer service is second to none and the prices are very competitive, the delivery fee was half that of others. I will definitely be making my next electrical goods purchase at Bing Lee.
